All Sales Final Policy

All sales are final. 42 Degrees Oregon Smoke Shop does not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and all contents immediately upon delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and any relevant details so we can review the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for consideration.

Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
